Curt Steinhorst

Curt Steinhorst is an entrepreneur, speaker, communications expert, and leading voice for his generation. As the founder and president of the Promentum Group, he provides speech and messaging consultation to a who's who list of famous athletes, global thought leaders, and leading business executives.

Curt graduated Magna Cum laude in Speech Communication from Texas A&M University, where he served as President of his 10,000 member class. Curt Steinhorst also brings to Promentum an extensive background and a network of professional relationships in the public speaking industry. He understands the nuanced demands of public speaking, but he also has a unique perspective in the field of talent management. Curt previously served as the Vice President of Business Development for a boutique talent management group, and he was a top-producing agent at one of the nation's largest speaker bureaus.

In addition to his current work at Promentum, Curt is a contributor at the Center for Generational Kinetics, an organization that studies the trends that shape each generation.
Curt's expertise is in intergenerational workforce integration, relating his personal experiences leading Gen Y, who prefers texting and twitter to eye contact, to business leaders and managers. Curt's first book, entitled "Prove Your Boss Wrong: 52 Proven Strategies to Influence, Communicate, and Co-Create," is currently in production.

Bryan Flanagan

Bryan Flanagan is a seasoned and accomplished public speaking consultant who brings a wealth of experience to Promentum.

He worked at the Zig Ziglar Corporation for more than 20 years, where he served clients in a variety of industries ranging from professional services to high tech to pharmaceutical companies. As the lead representative of the Ziglar organization, Bryan has had the opportunity to train literally thousands of distinguished figures (including professional athletes, authors, and sales specialists) in the art and science of public speaking.

A nationally recognized motivational speaker himself, Bryan has shared the stage with the likes of Colin Powell, Zig Ziglar, and many others.

Erin A. Vargo

Erin A. Vargo brings to Promentum a rich and varied perspective as a speechwriter and marketing specialist.

Erin graduated on full scholarship with a degree in Public Policy from Stanford University, after which she accepted her first job out of college with the speechwriting team at the White House. She has extensive experience drafting speeches and persuasive publicity materials on behalf of distinguished entertainers, creative professionals, Fortune 500 clients, and world-renowned public figures (including the President of the United States).

Adventitiously, Erin has more than a decade of experience as a professional fitness trainer, and she is a fitness entrepreneur bent on developing a line of innovative fitness videos for teens.

Bill Biggs

Bill Biggs is a successful media entrepreneur and accomplished public speaker who believes Promentum is more than just a business, it is an opportunity to change lives for the better.
A Phi Kappa Phi honors graduate from Texas A&M University with a Master's degree in Educational Psychology, Bill worked with university students for 12 years as a pastor and life coach. In addition, he was a popular speaker at camps, conventions, and special events. Whether one-on-one or presenting to 15,000, he has the ability to connect with people and build relationships that bring success.

As an entrepreneur building media-based businesses, Bill has empowered people to make an impact with their lives and their stories. His vision is to see Promentum become a conduit for our clients to inspire audiences with their unique message.
